ADMITTING PROCEDURE

How do I get admitted?

When being admitted into the hospital, there are several steps which you’ll be going through. You will find the process for admission below:

Step 1: Admission order from doctor / ER admission form

Step 2: Gather data and secure consent for admission

Step 3: Verify room preference and coordinate with NOD for room preparation

Step 4: Encode data and generate Admission

Step 5: Provide Information to the patient on matters pertaining hospitalization, policies and payment

Step 6: Issue admitting kit pillow ID bracelet

Step 7: Assist patient by Patient Care Personnel to room of choice
