Midwives collaborate with other members of health care team to ensure effective patient care delivery and achievement of desired patient outcomes. Midwives effectively interact with patient and significant others, while maintaining the standard of professional practice. Midwives are responsible for the care of patients during labor and delivery and patients with gynecological problems

  • Requirements Qualification

Experience Requirements:

  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) Trainings or Seminars on the Maternal & Child Care.
    Educational Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science or Diploma in Midwifery, licensed to practice midwifery
    Personal Requirements:
  • Knowledge of health care and medical procedures, including terminology.
  • Advanced knowledge on maternal and child care, breastfeeding and other disease conditions concerning women’s health.
  • Possess skills in operating equipment such as defibrillator, glucometer, fetal doppler heart rate monitor, autoclave machine.
